State Theft of Children for Profit
I have three beautiful little children -- Brandy, Nathan, and Connor. My children were stolen from me by the government. Social workers in Los Angeles County (Dept. of Child and Family Services) have tried to destroy my family and ruin the love I have for my daughter and two boys by terminating my parental rights to my children and "adopting them out" to strangers. These malicious acts were not done to help my children in any way but simply for adoption bonuses and huge federal funding to the county. Los Angeles County, its social workers and conspiring court personnel such as the judge, minor's counsel and county counsel in the dependency court use phony trumped-up charges to steal children from families to get their adoption bonuses and enhance their resumes and careers at the expense of parents who have no defense against this Nazi-era like process. All counties manipulate the juvenile courts to pull off this scam. One technique of these child monsters is to grab children from parents shortly after giving birth in hospitals -- this is done by claiming the mother has used drugs and the children are at risk -- this is what they did in my case.
They claimed my older children were at risk due to the recent still-born death of twins delivered by my wife. They used the death of the twins to carry-out their "court-ordered theft" of my children, termination of my parental rights, and to adopt out the children. They never told the judge that the hospital made a finding that my wife was suffering from Graves Disease ... which was medically diagnosed. Not only was she suffering from the disease, but she was also being treated for the disease by an authorized, licensed medical doctor who prescribed medication for the disease. Graves Disease led to the prematurity and death of the twins. My wife did absolutely nothing wrong to my children to cause them to be born prematurely and subsequently pass away. The county refused to recognize that the medicine prescribed lawfully for my wife was not an "illegal drug." Neither was it proven that the medication or "illegal drugs," allegedly taken by my wife, caused my children to die. The doctor's diagnosis was simply that my children were born prematurely and this was due to complications from Graves Disease and the medicine used to treat the disease. Even with the doctor's diagnosis, the county pressed forward with their claim that my wife was using amphetamines which caused my children's premature death. There was never a finding by any doctor or hospital to verify that my twins premature death was caused by amphetamines -- but that didn't matter.
Los Angeles County wanted my children for their adoption bonuses and so they set me up with false evidence, covered-up true evidence, and lied to the court (and the court cooperated by refusing to look at the true evidence); All of this done in an effort to steal my children and to collect federal adoption money.
They claimed I didn't "protect" my children from my wife and therefore didn't have the right to be the father of my children; So naturally, the children were not allowed to live with me either. The county never presented proof that my children were not protected by me ... nor were they required to substantiate their claim. All evidence obtained showed my children were happy and well cared for. The court conveniently ignored the truth and allowed my children to be stolen.
The resumes of the social workers, court judges, county and minor's counsel looks good if they can repeatedly show "abused and neglected" children being processed through the court system into "permanent homes" by way of adoption. According to my research, this makes them look good on paper and to their superiors. Our government continues to allow them to manipulate at will, lie, and conspire, in order to steal children and enhance their careers. In this elaborate ABDUCTION SCAM, It is of no consequence that they are stealing children, destroying families, and ruining the lives of children in the process. It is TRULY sad that the public has no idea that this Nazi-era like activity is flourishing right here in Los Angeles County.
In conclusion, before deciding to terminate parental rights to my children, the court refused "reunification" by claiming that I made no effort to reunify with my children. When in all actuality reunification was denied, in my absence, because my children were with me during the entire time that the juvenile court was holding "hearings" and denying me reunification! They held these "hearings" without ever contacting me so that I could attend and vehemently OBJECT to their proceedings! Once they terminated "reunification" with my children, they THEN found me and took the children away -- claiming I failed reunification. Once I "failed reunification," they immediately began their procedure or process of terminating my parental rights.
It has all been a SCAM from the beginning and a deliberate attempt by Los Angeles County social workers to steal my children in concert with the corrupt actions of the juvenile court judges and their many partners-in-crime. Wow, what an ingenious way to guarantee federal funding for the county and to enhance resumes and careers!!!
